Physical Fitness and Mental Wellness are very personal to me.

In 2010 I became very ill and because of the radiation treatment I was receiving, I had to go on a very strict diet. It was also during this time that was I diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety. I was very close to taking my own life but through Fitness, Yoga and an amazing support system, I learned to overcome my struggles and accept that it's who I am but it doesn't have to define me. Everyday is day one and nothing changes overnight so I continue to work daily on being the best version of myself and I've dedicated my life to helping others overcome their challenges through Fitness and Wellness...

LeeAnn Sinclair
Certified Personal Trainer

Life has shown me that movement is a gift that heals. I’ve faced several health conditions, and though I was once told an incurable condition would keep me from work, I turned to fitness, mindfulness, and nutrition to help me navigate life’s storms. These experiences help me understand and empathize with others who need exercise in their life.

As a fitness coach for years, I ran challenge groups dedicated to community connection, focused on individual and collective daily goals. I have a passion for engaging others, collaborating on an action plan, and running side-by-side to encourage clients to meet personal records. I’ve been an avid fitness enthusiast, loving the long run and the lift, pilates, yoga, and barre- often bringing a variety of movement types to target areas of challenge in the body while creating fun for the athlete. I coached Girls on the Run- and love coaching people of diverse backgrounds, ages, and fitness levels. Cueing is one of my strengths.

Community and the people we surround ourselves with impact our mental and emotional outlook.  I am excited to be a part of the team at 4th Quarter Fitness which aims to empower the neighborhood and beyond. As a mother of two teenage boys and a teacher, I want to keep up with my boys for years to come and I want to help you attain your goals- to define and reach success that is meaningful to you.
