When I came home, I had to face one of the biggest stressors I deal with and I thought about pouring myself a nice glass of red wine. I missed my workout this am so I lifted the weights instead. I feel so much better now than I would after the empty calories and duller energy of wine. Time for some foam rolling and reading before bed. Every time we choose a healthier alternative to the vices or the things we know aren't the best for us, it's a win! How are all of you? Did you rest today or do an active recovery?

Took a rest day!! Feeling a sore throat and praying its allergies!!! Looking forward to this Wednesday Workout we have been hearing about! Early to bed for me. I have been using this product called Calm. Its a great way to get a magnesium supplement and makes you sleepy. Highly recommend !
