I hit the mat tonight with a barre workout! Sometimes those smaller muscles in our hips really need some attention and I don't know about you, but I constantly have to wake up my abs and core to help me power through all those squats and jump squats Owen likes to throw our way.


Anyone stretch, move or walk today?


My abs are my weak spot...gave em some leg lifts this morning!
